These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apex Horizon, a digital solutions company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Your continued use of our website, products, or services signifies your acceptance of these terms.

Apex Horizon provides premium design systems, digital tooling, and enterprise consulting services. Access is granted only to verified users meeting our eligibility requirements.

You agree to provide accurate information during account registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity under your account remains your sole responsibility.

All design frameworks, code libraries, and branded materials remain the exclusive property of Apex Horizon. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellation is permitted at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds are processed within 14 days of request in accordance with our refund policy.

Apex Horizon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the preceding twelve months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all licensed rights immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
